Mt. Zion Animal Clinic & Boarding is the only AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital in Jackson County, Ohio. That means we hold ourselves to a higher standard. Pets are our passion. We offer comprehensive state-of-the-art medical and surgical care for your dogs and cats. Our facility houses a full service laboratory, pharmacy, radiology department, surgical suite, dentistry department, and boarding. Our hospitalized patients are cared for in our intensive care unit and hospitalized infectious pets are comfortable in their own isolation ward.

The mission of our clinic is to fulfill the needs of our clients by providing compassionate health care services and the highest quality internal medicine and surgery for your pets with emphasis on commitment to individual attention, client education, and service.

We also offer a large number of retail items ranging from flea medication, shampoos, de-shedding tools, toys, collars/leashes and many other items.

    Jodi has been in the Mt Zion Animal Clinic and Boarding family since she was 18 years of age. Outside of work Jodi enjoys doing crafts, spending time with her grandchildren and four cats. Jodi is also a Farmville fanatic!

  • Autumn Casey

    Veterinary Technician Student

    Autumn is currently attending AAHA accredited Veterinary Technician school through Cedar Valley College. She enjoys working with animals. She grew up on a farm with cattle and horses. She has two dogs at home, soon to be three! She enjoys hunting, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors with her boyfriend. Autumn's favorite animals include cattle, manatees and otters!

    Deanna has been in customer service for years. She is a "people-person" as well as a cat person! She is enjoying her new work in Veterinary Medicine. Deanna enjoys spending time with her mom, daughter, granddaughter and her husband as well as her cat, Sophie!

  • Hedwig Evans

    Kennel Technician

    Hedwig has been a part of the Mt Zion fmaily for a short time but she has worked with animals for years. She has worked with small animals as well as exotic animals! Hedwig has 7 dogs, 3 cats, a bunny, and chickens to keep her busy at home! Outside of work she enjoys eating healthy and gardening. She defines herself as an animal loving-tree hugger.

    Brittany has been in the Mt Zion family a short time however she has worked with animals in the past. She is planning on attending Cedar Valley's AAHA associated program for Veterinary Technicians that Autumn is attending. Outside of work she enjoys outdoor activities with her three kids.
